Amber Ivey is an officer at The Pew Charitable Trusts where she is working to help states expand access to civil justice through collaboration and technology. In her previous role, she worked on a team that explored the many ways that states use data, focusing specifically on how data analyses are being used to help make policy and budget decisions to improve programs and services to citizens.

Judy Perry Martinez is Of Counsel with Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn, LLP in New Orleans. She previously served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Northrop Grumman Corporation, a $24B aerospace and defense company with 65,000 employees worldwide. In February 2018, Judy was nominated to be president-elect of the American Bar Association for service as ABA president in 2019-2020.
Glenn Rawdon is Program Counsel for Technology with the Legal Services Corporation. He is responsible for helping legal services programs with their technology efforts and with the administration of the Technology Initiative Grants (TIG) program. Since the program started in 2000, TIG has made over 550 grants totaling over $46 million, many of them in partnerships with SJI and the courts.
